Hi Hugh!

I love the site! I have met some very nice people, and cannot wait to meet them in person, during my traveling this year! I think it would be great if we had a location (people) finder on the site, so if you are traveling somewhere, you can see if your friends on the site will be in the same location, or close by. I also think it will help us to meet other people on the site, we have not already come in contact with.

Possibly it can be done by polo club location, or by city, or both? It would be great to look up a city where you are going, and be able to connect with other people on the site.

I just joined today and find your site great. I would though work on improving the search function. Would be great to find out which members are in the same city for example.

Oh and I would put the "reply to this" box at the bottom and not here on top as I only noticed the other comments after I pressed the "add your reply" button :-)

I do love the site too and I have a lot of very nice friends.
What you did is definitely the idea of the century!!!!
Yet I have a small criticism: when I want to see the messages that I sent (saved messages), I cannot see the name, you see what I mean?
Anyway, the site is great!!!!

What happened to the language translation thing you had on the site awhile back? Or a foreign language dictionary would be handy. I'd like to know an easier way to translate the conversations.
What about a space where people can add the languages they speak? (Or a country flag symbol).
This would also help with learning to communicate with others in other languages.

I'm enjoying meeting new people from around the world with a common passion (Polo), and those that are just around the corner (in my home country) and agree with some of the other comments that I too am looking forward to travelling and meeting faces of friends from PCW.

Gee we're a bunch of lovely people aren't we!

To help finding friends, is it possible to have a "mini-feed" of information of who my friends add as friends. The polo world is a small one, and many of my friend's friends are my friends too... if I can find them.

such a feature would be interesting.
but only if each person can decide for themselves if he/she wants it activated or not. as there might be some people that don't want share all their activities with everyone.

hi LaDena, It should work fine. You must post an image to create an event.. other than that it should be easy to create. Perhaps you should try again, ensuring you use an image accompanying the event?

Hugh - Thanks for a great site. I would love to see the titles of the photos appear above or below each shot on the main page as the slideshow progresses. Maybe even the contributor as well....
