Polo Contacts Worldwide

Hi, everyone

I am planning to get together a collection of horse movies, and thought maybe you people would like to give me a hand on it.

Would anyone care to tell me which horse movies you remember enjoying? Some come to my mind right now ... Seabiscuit, Dreamer, Horse Whisperer ...

Thanks for your help and best regards, everyone

Diego

Hi, David

Your movie will be included in our "future acquisitions" and we promise to gather everyone at our polo school for an avant premiere in Argentina!

All the best

Thank you. We are in the difficult financing months. If we are able to succeed in the financing, then I have a great deal of confidence that OF KINGS & COWBOYS will be terrific.

If you haven't already, I encourage all the readers of this PCW blog to watch the promo/short I made for OKC. You can see it at www.BlueRunProductions.com/OKC_Promo.htm
or at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XBGaPv1gnpk

And please share it with others....post the link on your page here on PCW, and link to it on your FB page.

Thank you!
David

I saw Phar Lap yesterday, I downloaded it. I`m teaching polo to a friend of mine from Australia and she told me about this movie. Was really good. Amazing. I loved it.

While not a movie...about 20 years ago there was a "HORSE IN SPORT" series...not sure who did it...but the one on Polo is still by far, the best polo documentary ever made...lost mine...anyone know how to still get a copy ..?

The Three Musketeers ( Keifer Sutherland version) has some great horse scenes.

I have a video copy in the USA. Am currently residing in Argentina, but may be back in 1-2 months. Send your address to me at: maltese_cat@yahoo.com

Continuing the film discussion, nobody seems to have mentioned John Frankenheiner's The Horsemen. This can be downloaded from YouTube in eleven parts. Most of the riding takes place in Part 3.
