Yeah, i ordered from twice before. The first time some 3 years ago, it took almost 4 months to get my stuff and I also had to send a few emails to chase them. But I must admit, it was during their Xmas 50% discount period, so I understood they were busy.
Last year I again ordered during their 50% discount time and they were a bit faster that time. They offered me to make order more without increasing shipping costs so I ordered extra saddle and other 'heavy' things. Most of it came a few weeks later.
They are not fast, but they get it there in the end.

Why dont you have a look at my site, although its under a server migration youll be able to know about my products. Ive been supplying high quality polo items since 2001 including HPA chairman, Nick Colquhoun-Denvers to whom you can ask for my references.
We manufacture our line of saddles and supply some other brands, so we do not have delay problems at all.

I ordered a saddle on 27/7/09, they charged me $170. USD for shipping, said it was the only shipping I had a choice of. The saddle was suppose to arrive at my home in 6 business days, it has not....
I was placing an order, but did not finish the payment, because I was not sure about a few things, the company sent me a total of 4 emails trying to get me to complete the order... NOW No Saddle Has Arrived. I just emailed them, lets see their response...

hi all, seems i have started a something here, well they have supplied all my goods, they say it took a while because nigeria is a difficult country to ship to, all the goods were of good quality, i am happy and now that i have ordered once subsequent ones should be a breeze...

This was because a very big promotion that we made for our saddles and we really were exceeded. We commercialize our products in more than 50 countries and we are a very well known brand, because of our products and our services. Take a look that the customers that did place a complain then they say that they received the products and that they are very happy with them, if necessary i can put you in contact with them.
