need help shipping my dog

sorry this has nothing to do with horses, i need help shipping my doberman to milano from buenos aires. Ive booked a flight with TAM and few weeks later for some circumstances i found out that my dog needs to go with me as I wont be back in BA for more than expected. My airline doesn t allowed dogs so im looking for someone that is flying from EZE to MXP shortly and can be the "care taker" of my dog as otherwise he will be dispatched as nobodys cargo. A company will take care of bringing the dog to EZE, cheking him in, boarding and documents and in Milan my parents will collect him. I only need someone that officially could appear as the protector of the animal.
please let me know , im flying out on june 17th
