Polo in Houston, TX

I'm about to start riding again after a couple of years off. I had a great friend in Austin who lent me horses to ride / train on when I lived there. I'm fairly new to Houston and am looking for a similar deal here. If you know of anyone who I should contact, I would be very grateful if you could put me in touch. Thank you in advance!
