I'm a journalism student here in Melbourne Australia and hold strong ambitions to be a sports writer, I already do a fair bit of writing away from my studies.
Polo isn't a sport I have ever covered but after going yesterday, it's definitely something that I would like to pursue in the future. Currently my main sports as a writer are netball and VFL football (aussie rules).
I attended a polo event for the first time yesterday the Polo In The City here in Melbourne and loved it, it's a great spectator sport even if unfortunately it has a stereotype placed on it.
Hi Neil,
Welcome to Polo Contacts! I see you're a member at Guards, I presume you were responsible for the organisation of the Ganjam Jaipur Trophy & Asia Cup there this year?
Best regards,
Francesca
