My first lessons
Well it has actualy happend. I've taken my first three Polo lessons at the Polo academy in Dubai.
Three lessons in three days and never been on a horse before. So after the first lesson it was mega AUCH and I felt muscles where I didn't even know there were muscles. Now after the third day no more AUCH and I'm feeling very smug with myself. Probably look like shit on the horse but managed to hit the ball a few times and NO is was not standing still.

Come stai!?! I am back in the US, still healing from my broken clavicle, I had it plated and bone graffs done 6 weeks ago, here in the US. I am headed back to Italy for 10 days next week, to see my horses and visit friends. I will head back to Italy for the polo season next spring.
I got a good laugh from your posts on your page, Good for You! Polo is suppose to be all about FUN!

You are very funny! I started playing 6 years ago at Yale and you are in trouble now...It is a highly addictive sport. My club had its first summer this year..we have six beginners and 10 good players so far with a couple of men who had never been on a horse like you..they were very funny to watch..they are playing great now! I ran the club this year and now I just signed the contracts and will own it with my Biz partner.... am I crazy or what! Please come in be our guest May-Oct. any time if you are in NY. Best! Chris
