mum is with us but her brain drifts so she is quite dangerous left alone but we will care for her as long as we feel capable at home and then if nec we will have to look at rehabs again .at the weekend she was trying to get out of the car whilst i was driving and reg doesnt know where she is but otherwise she is glad to be surrounded by family. i believe this too was caused by stress and anxiety from her earlier life. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx will do my best to get to the open but its not poss for her to fly and im her carer at present ,time will tell x

This was an awful year for my family, not because the global crisis, but we have my nephew and Godson Francis with Multiple Sclerosis, and he is only 30 years old. He shares with Javier Novillo Astrada the same neurologist at the FLENI Institute here in Buenos Aires; both know each other from school (Irish Christian brothers). Both are an example of strength and courage plus lots of faith struggling with MS in my nephew’s case and a brain tumour in Javier’s situation. I sent a mail when Francisco was doing badly, and we thought that the end was closed, and excepting some good friends nobody reacted here. Solidarity is out of fashion in these times of crisis, but you will always find those who are extremely generous and goodhearted with their time and thoughts. I wish you the best and I hope to meet you soon, if your mother is doing better you may visit us during the Open, your friend Luis

Me and my wife lived the last year in the UK, in Leicestershire, and we love the UK, and english people. I played some great polo there too. ;o)
